Every day, week, month, year, every hour and second of our 24 hour 7 day a week lifestyle, we are always on the move. Weather it is walking, running, going to the gym or eating Nonno’s homemade pasta at 7pm, the human race is always on the move. The human body was made to move left, right, straight and backwards, activating it’s cardiovascular and nervous system while having a balanced diet so that the body can function to the best of it’s ability and maximize it’s athletic performance. Rewind yourself back in the time of BC for a minute. The resources humans had back then to now has significantly changed to make living life easier so that we can perform our daily duties such as getting to work and school, and travelling around to places. We have buses, cars, trains, trams and planes that make getting to places a whole lot easier. Technology has dramatically changed the lifestyle we live in today, making it simple for people to search nutrition and exercise plans so we can stay active. What about food? We have shops, markets to go to so we can buy fresh, healthy produce so we can survive. Everything that we need in the world we live in, in order to survive and stay fit and healthy is at our feet. In our economy, we will never understand how humans back in the time of BC lived and what they did in order for them to survive. In this book, I will be discussing the key survival strategies what I think humans performed daily in order for them to survive, and I will implement these strategies in today’s society. Happy reading! J
